1. General Information
Royal Liberty is a floating restaurant and dinner cruise experience operating from Dubai Marina Harbour.
All guests must carry valid identification (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving License) to board the cruise.
2. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be confirmed with advance payment.
Prices may vary based on seasonal promotions, holidays, and private events.
Children below 3 years can join free of charge; reduced rates may apply for children aged 3–10.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled cruise will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
In case of technical issues, weather conditions, or government restrictions, Royal Liberty reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the cruise.
Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Cruise Rules
Boarding gates will close 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted onboard.
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any misconduct may result in removal without refund.
5. Liability
Royal Liberty is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Participation in shows, activities, or events onboard is at the guest’s own risk.
Safety instructions provided by the crew must be followed at all times.
6. Photography & Media
Royal Liberty reserves the right to capture photos and videos during cruises for promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed must inform the management in advance.
7. Special Requests & Events
For birthdays, anniversaries, or private events, prior arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
Complimentary services (such as cake for birthdays) are subject to availability and confirmation.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
