1. Cancellation by Guest
48 hours or more prior to cruise: Full refund will be issued.
Within 48 hours of cruise departure: No refund will be provided.
No-show on the day of cruise: 100% cancellation charges apply (no refund).
2. Cancellation by Royal Liberty
In the rare event of unfavorable weather conditions, technical issues, or government restrictions, Royal Liberty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise.
Guests will be offered either:
An alternative date, OR
A full refund (100%).
3. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the cruise (subject to availability).
Rescheduling within 48 hours of departure is not permitted.
5. Group & Event Bookings
For large group bookings, private events, or customized packages, separate cancellation terms may apply (to be shared at the time of booking).
